What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device — your computer, tablet, or phone — when you visit. They allow the site to remember certain information about your visit, such as your language preference or whether you have already accepted a consent notice.

Cookies do not run programmes or carry viruses. They simply store a small piece of text that the website can read on your next visit.

Tensoria uses cookies to keep the site working correctly, understand how visitors navigate it, and — where you agree — to support marketing activity. You can control which optional categories are active using the controls on this page.

Cookies We Use

Essential Cookies

Always Active

These cookies are required for the site to function. They handle session management and basic security. Without them, the site cannot operate correctly.

Examples: Session token, cookie consent preference, CSRF protection token.

Duration: Session or up to 12 months.

Analytics Cookies

Optional

These cookies help us understand how visitors use the site — which pages are visited most, where people arrive from, and how long they stay. The data is aggregated and does not identify individuals.

Examples: Google Analytics (_ga, _gid), page view counts.

Duration: Up to 2 years for persistent analytics cookies.

Marketing Cookies

Optional

These cookies are used to show content and advertisements that are more relevant to your interests, including on other websites. They may also be used to limit how often an advertisement is shown.

Examples: Facebook Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, Bing Pixel.

Duration: Typically 30–90 days, depending on the platform.

Preference Cookies

Optional

These cookies remember choices you have made — such as language or region — so that the site can provide a more personalised experience on return visits.

Examples: Language setting, preferred currency display.

Duration: Up to 12 months.

Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies are set by third-party services that appear on our pages. These are governed by the privacy policies of those providers, not by this policy. Services may include:

Access information about your data. Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA), you have the right to request information about how your personal data is used. Contact us at [email protected].
Note on experience. Disabling optional cookies will not prevent you from using the site, but some features — such as preference memory or accurate site analytics — may not function as intended.
